Overview
EesyList is designed with your privacy in mind. Your grocery data stays on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to external servers.
Data Storage
All data generated by EesyList, including:
- Shopping lists and items
- Category preferences
- Learned categorization choices
- App settings
is stored exclusively on your device and in your private iCloud account (if you use iCloud sharing). This data is never sent to any external server.
Data Collection
EesyList does not collect:
- Personal information
- Usage analytics
- Crash reports sent to external services
- Shopping habits or purchase data
On-Device AI
EesyList uses Apple’s on-device AI to provide smart autocomplete suggestions and automatic category grouping. All AI processing happens locally on your device — no data is sent to external AI services.
iCloud Sharing
When you share a list with others via iCloud, the shared data is handled entirely by Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Sharing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
EesyList does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not have access to your data. Everything stays on your device and in your private iCloud account.
Data Deletion
Since all data is stored on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete all app data by uninstalling EesyList or by clearing the app’s data in your device settings. Shared lists can be removed from iCloud through your iCloud account settings.
